I think it's a great opportunity for both the company and its employees to be able to use social media sites freely, just like what IBM is doing. But there are still those who find it useful to make use of systems in order at least have adequate internal controls, just in case problems do occur when it comes to employees who still abuse their internet privileges. Sometimes we can't really avoid some employees who may try to make their own rules.
